the phrase that should be repeated ad nauseam. This is the correct label for what * has done. * with his veto, has taken our soldiers hostage. This is the accurate framing for this situation.

So, all together now, "B*sh is holding our soldiers hostage!"

And, BTW, IMHO, he's holding the whole damn world hostage but right now, specifically, he is acting like an armed madman who has taken hostages and is making demands.

Framing matters. Call it like it is.
