Fiscally conservative?Oh unless were talking WAR
We are fiscally conservative, unless we need to go to war then we spend and don't pay for it either.Spend money on healthcare, HELL NO.We only care about the unborn fetus,we don't really care what happens after they are born.We don't really care what happens when our Heros get back from the war either, sorry we cut your VA benefits. We only only go into debt for war nothing else.
Why don't the pundits or democrats point this out constantly especially about how republicans love to spend on war.

1. This is so true, and when I hear a repub say 'we are the
fiscally conservative party' it makes my ears bleed and my husband go ballistic in front of the TV.

2. You should consider changing the word "need" to "want."
If we actually "needed" to go to war because we were being invaded, we would all be willing to stand up and do something. Even pacifists can bandage wounds and help communities.

They wanted to go to war.

5. Yes..
Republicans in power have (at least since Reagan) looted the treasury to give every penny--and then put us into debt--to give money to the uber wealthy/powerful and their cronies, then cry about how we must cut social programs because there is no money. :grr:

6. They aren't even fiscally conservative outside of wars.
They've got no problem at all spending billions to give to shady contractors and using taxes to siphon money off the bottom 95% to give it to the top 5%. They aren't so much worried about finance as much as they seem to just be allergic to ever having anything help anyone. They're not fiscal conservatives, they're just dicks.
