Keith himself didn't respond until Stephanie received a very ugly death threat from a listener who went by the nickname of "Sock". He spoke out in her defense on his show, which had Stephanie squealing "He knows I'm alive!" Thus the extreme irony of their switching hometowns this week, so they remain star-crossed imaginary lovers--Romeo and Juliet couldn't have timed it better!
