Question for Hizhonor Giuliani ......

In lieu of his statements of late - just who WAS in charge on September the 11th 2001? If I recollect - it was the Republicans. If my recollections are correct - where were the SAC planes? What definitive actions did Bush and Cheney immediately take? Where is Osama Bin Laden? And we are to believe that the Repugs will keep us safe? I suppose down is up and black is white and 2 + 2 = 3?

I'm sooooo sick and tired of their bullshit, ineptness, greed, evil, chicken hawk ways.
