6. Any news agency can lie with impunity. Not just FOX.
You don't think other media outlets feed you half truths or even lies?
I saw an ABC (might have been CBS) "investigative journalism" that was rediculously misrepresented.
The entire peice was full of half truths and lies for nothing other than to whip up hysteria.

It was terrible enough that I'd rather fox news than listen to "facts" I know are wrong.
At least you know what to expect when watching fox.

4. All of the cable-news channels are pathetic.
Sure, some more than others. I think Anderson Cooper is the only real journalist left on TV.

Fox and MSNBC are nothing more than mouthpieces for the two major parties in this country. Well, that, and a ratings contest driven by feuds between competing talking-head hosts. And the dedicated viewers of those channels are just like sports fans, rooting for their team no matter what.

Sad state of "news" in this country.

7. Isn't that CNN's tag line?
I always thought it was but perhaps I'm mistaken. Either way, fox "news" is in no way trustworthy.

8. It is, and that's why Fox is running with it now. To rub salt in CNN's wounds.
But this is also to spit in the face of news and journalism in general. Fox knows it's full of shit. They love to flaunt their shitfulness in front of the news media, which they have nothing but contempt for. The sad irony is, the news media often deserve nothing but contempt.

12. "We have made the Reich by propaganda."
“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”

Joseph Goebbels

Now why would the "Most Trusted News" source want the Court's permission to LIE?

16. Fox? WTF?
And as far as that goes you could substitute any American "news" organization for the tops in BS. The fact is that the US hasn't had any news in over a generation. And the history of "news" in America is dismal (with a few notable exceptions).

I find it ironic when a group of American's gather to argue about which of the pitiful excuses they watch is better.

Try to BBC or the CBC or an actual newspaper like the Globe and Mail or the Guardian. Hell, Al Jazera kicks any American news source you might care to mention.

The fact is that if you watch any American news station you are getting disinformed. And that's the way it is.
