I distinctly heard her say that progressives in the House are starting to go the route of fix it after the bill passes into law.

Anyone else hear this?

2. Would that be the same Woolsey who endorsed Jane Harman against her
spectacularly progressive challenger, Marcy Winograd? Not only endorsed, but headlined at a fundraiser....

3. I think someone is turning some of these progressives into pod people.
The House Progressive Caucus should keep their committment not to vote for any bill without a public option. And none of them should be shilling for treason enabling Jane Harman either.

4. I heard earlier that Palosi told the Senate that if they pass a reconciliation
including items she wants and hands it to the House then the House will pass the Senate bill and only then. The Senate is in a corner - the House can ask what they want.

5. Interesting.
So the Senate would pass a Reconciliation on the current bill with House additions and then the House would pass the Senate and the Reconciliation portion.
