Question on proposed abortion bills

I don't follow this issue too closely, but is there a proposed bill or law on the books to obligate all hospitals in the US to provide abortion services? I don't believe that such a proposed bill exists, but some pro-lifers in my office insist that it does.

I saw just one comment on a site that referred to providing abortions, and it was probably wrong, and it was nothing so broad as obligating all hospitals.

If there is such a thing, let us know.

I'll eat a bug if there is.
