It doesn't quite fit, but it is close enough.

I mean I can actually visualize the beautiful styrofoam filled water reflecting what used to be mountains and amber waves of grain.

You just need to work in the pretty colors one sees in a massive oil spill at sunset.

Nice parody. We do need to modernize some of our songs to adapt them to modern day reality. This is a start.
