1. If you're referring to the pic I saw, she's actually a FORMER

lobbyist. Used to work for WellPoint I think. She was hired away from them by Bacus. I also heard that the woman who used to have her job with Bacus went to work for a health ins. co. Somebody on MSNBC used the Bacus maneuverings to demonstrate the "revolving door policy" that exists in DC.

4. Probably not, but even if he did, he'd say this is SOP in DC.

If I remember right, the MSNBC item stated that a very high % of lobbiests are former staffers from capitol hill. Apparently that's what most of them do.
