for any bill--that should take care of things--

just like the fuckhead did with his gazillion signing statements--obama can use one and turn healthcare into everything he envisioned and told the rest of us we deserve and could get.

now, some might say he doesn't want to be like bush--but he's still in two wars and (right or wrong) doing bailouts. so... no signing statement because of not wanting to be compared to bush is no excuse-- especially when it's to our peril not to use a signing statement if necessary.
