Cafferty- When Tom DeLay Goes to Prison They Can Show His Dancing to the General Inmate Population

Cafferty: Did you show that Tom DeLay video yet. That's just disturbing...

Blitzer: If you haven't seen it...

Cafferty: It's just disturbing. It's very disturbing.

Blitzer: It takes guts to do that.

Cafferty: It takes something. I'm not sure guts is it.

Blitzer: Wild thing, you make my heart sing.

Cafferty: When he goes to prison they can show that, like the dances and stuff to the general inmate population.

5. He's still under indictment -
it's been four fucking years, and I cannot, for the life of me, understand why he's not been brought to trial.

He's got - unless there's something really odd about Texas law, which is possible - a fine argument for dismissal of all the charges against him for lack of bringing him to a "speedy trial." Wouldn't it be something if the Constitution ultimately saved Delay's ass?

I get so depressed when I think about it...............................

7. I don't think it works like that -
this is the local attorney, district or state, I don't know what they're called in Texas, and an ongoing investigation. There must be something in Texas law that allows indictments to stand as long as something else is going on - and maybe there's also a grand jury that's still convened.

I've just never seen anything like this.....................

8. It was revolting seeing that scum Delay parading around like a fucking showgirl. Or something. I
just can't find the words to express how disturbing that was on both ethical and aesthetic grounds.

And oh yeah. Let him please go to prison and have the inmates watch him on DWTS!

Of course, he'd go to some country club fake prison.
