"no such thing as bad publicity." This man doesn't know when to shut up. He keeps talking about his political enemies, like the Lt. Governor, Speaker of the House, Republicans all. This guy's got some cajones (sp?).

The reason he's holding out for the Ethics Committee report is because everyone on that committee was appointed by him.
