1. What other potential problems? Just political fallout?
The Republicans were more than ready to use the nuclear option if necessary to get Roberts confirmed...it just never came to that.

I'm all for it if that's what it takes.

Might be that people who do not have a lot of money actually get the best treatment they need. For some reason that really bothers some people that they won't be able to buy their way through everything.

This issue is too important to let slide away. This is a civil rights issue. This is one of the defining moments in the countries history, like civil rights, or ending slavery, or women's suffrage. Some things are worth whatever the cost. Fuck what the stupid GOP and their idiotic, 'base,' think, do or say.
