Dean is a baby killer, he offered Terry the first question and 5 minutes to say whatever he wanted if he'd just desist from the crap he was engaging in. I do NOT call that "taking no shit".

9. yeah, he did. t he thing is, I think he started off pretty well

he wasn't exactly gripping in his remarks prior to introducing Dean- he went on for an hour, but it seems that Terry really, really rattled him. It was clear that Terry didn't rattle Dean at all. In fact Dean was pretty clearly laughing at him. Anyway, Moran tried to appease Terry. Bad, bad, bad move.

15. here's exactly what happened: Randall Terry stood up and started

screaming baby killer at Howard Dean shortly after Dean took the stage. Then Moran got up and said you're not from this district you don't belong here. He asked that Terry be escorted from the room, but then reversed himself and told Terry that if he he'd cut out the disruption he could have the first question and five minutes to say whatever he wanted. Terry did not shut the fuck up and kept screaming baby killer at Howard. Subsequently, the fuckwad was escorted out.

that's very reasonable, and very different from what I was initially led to believe.

Getting the whole story always is better.

Jim did the right thing, I think - giving him some room, and then throwing him out. I'd rather my Congressman err on the side of civility, even for a scant five minutes, than to do something peremptory, leaving himself open to charges of intolerance.

Thank you for the clarification. My faith in my Congressman (former mayor, long-time friend and neighbor) remains intact.................

You do exactly what Jim did - and, believe me, he was prepared for this.

You give them a reasonable deal, and when they violate it, you get them thrown out.

16. Terry was thrown out AFTER Moran offered to give him the first question...

when it came time for the Q&A session. Terry refused to calm down and kept shouting "Howard Dean is a baby killer." His minions were escorted out as well, but there were plenty of assholes left. But they were in the minority, as was to be expected.

Lisa Murkowski, R Senator from Alaska. She looks, sounds, and thinks like a slightly more shriveled up version of Miss Quit-N-Run, AKA Caribou Barbie.

On edit: Her perky-voiced answers are peppered with "I'm gunna" and "we gotta" etc etc -- will not be surprised to hear a "you betcha" any minute.

21. I watched ALL of it . . . Moran was great - so was Howard Dean . . .

Randall Terry was treated with more than necessary courtesy by Moran . . .
who offered him the opportunity to stay and ask a question/5 minutes worth to
say what he wanted to say - - but then abide by the rules and stop chanting.
Terry decided to be arrested, instead!

Loved the crowd shouting "Throw him out!"

Good show for everyone -- the 99% responsible and intelligent audience -- and the
few overly aggressive and ridiculous anti-health care idiots.
