Need info on accessibility for disabled people

I'm giving a speech soon on accessibility for disabled students on college campuses. Does anyone know where I can go for information on the costs of lawsuits regarding ADA violations and also the typical costs of upgrading schools to make them accessible?

There has been a lot of problem with lawsuits against small businesses for very minor problems. Like the toilet seat is 1/16th inch off or the paper towel dispenser is 1/4" off etc.

I'm in a wheelchair and have a lot of access problems, these kinds of frivolous lawsuits do not help at all.
