we would have rightfully been called ghouls and worse. Yet we now have had two different Repubicans use Ted Kennedy in an attempt to prevent health reform (the latest was former Rep Darrel Issa on Maher's show) with no apparent reprecussions.

5. Saying Ted's condition wouldn't be covered under a govt run health plan, while it IS actually BEING
covered by a govt run health plan. You know, GOP logic.

2. Great point! Why doesn't anyone call them out?
I think a lot of issues are being missed or ignored because of this recess unfortunately.

3. We should have. Raygun was mentally ill and unable to govern
he left us in the hands of what we now call neo-cons.

Think about it - medicaid is the best health care for someone with alzheimers. no private insurance cares to touch the quality of care medicaid offers.

But of course the DLC was in love with Raygun so they would never even admit that he was ill, let alone that private insurance would never cover him
