Need help finding a film short. Please

The story is about 3 retired service men in a retirement home that try to show each other up. They put signs in their windows about their branch, compete in flag raising, etc. I think the actors were E. Emmet Walsh and Bill Cobbs. They were army and navy. The third guy was air force and I have no idea who the actor is. There are 2 versions, one with the air force guy and one without. I had this saved on my old computer and failed to transfer it to my new one. Thanks for any help you may offer.

It was quite touching. As much as they "hated each other" once they died and the last one commemorated their deaths. It brought a tear to my eye.
