Flash: Bill O'Reilly Kind Of Makes Sense!
In a classic case of the pot calling the kettle black, in his column yesterday, Bill O'Reilly takes Newsweek to task for ostensibly printing a liberal-slanted piece from a liberal-slanted author as if it were unbiased news.

Newsweek editor Jon Meacham basically tried to disguise an ideological attack as news coverage. Awful.

Newsweek magazine is...seeking to survive by cultivating a liberal, urban audience. There is nothing wrong with that, as long as the editors are up-front about it. But this sneaky media stuff is harming America, and it must be unmasked.

Gee, sound like any company we know?

So I'm sure Bill would agree with this sentiment as well:

Fox News is seeking to survive by cultivating a conservative audience. There is nothing wrong with that, as long as they are up-front about it. But this sneaky media stuff is harming America, and it must be unmasked.

The hypocrisy is jaw-dropping.

1. O'Reilly Has a Column?
Can't believe I have seen this. I thought the papers in my area had every Republican columnist there was.

2. new to me too
I just happened to see it in a newspaper at a place I'm staying this weekend, I'd never seen it before either.

BTW, I didn't expect this post to make the Greatest page or anything, but wow, I'm at <0 recs? I wonder what anyone here found off-putting about it. Oh well.
