In a classic case of the pot calling the kettle black, in his column yesterday, Bill O'Reilly takes Newsweek to task for ostensibly printing a liberal-slanted piece from a liberal-slanted author as if it were unbiased news.
Newsweek editor Jon Meacham basically tried to disguise an ideological attack as news coverage. Awful.
Newsweek magazine is...seeking to survive by cultivating a liberal, urban audience. There is nothing wrong with that, as long as the editors are up-front about it. But this sneaky media stuff is harming America, and it must be unmasked.
Gee, sound like any company we know?
So I'm sure Bill would agree with this sentiment as well:
Fox News is seeking to survive by cultivating a conservative audience. There is nothing wrong with that, as long as they are up-front about it. But this sneaky media stuff is harming America, and it must be unmasked.
The hypocrisy is jaw-dropping.
