I would like to commend Randi Rhodes.

Randi said she is starting to hear from lawmakers in Washington that their phones are ringing over the hook. Recently, Randi has been encouraging her nationwide audience to call their representatives and tell them, politely, that they support single-payer.

I know we here at DU are doing this too, but having Randi out there promoting it is really helping our cause. A week or two ago someone posted that lawmakers are hearing from more people who are against the public option than people who are for it. It sounds like (I hope) this is changing.

So let's keep calling and writing about single payer and the public option! And thanks, Randi.
