i figure there are unseen hands here.

She's not trying to do Americans a big favor.

If you haven't seen the media blitz, google her.

1. I googled and the only links I got were to Fox News and other RW sites.
Did you see her on some other outlets?

If not, it's not really a surprise that Fox is using her as a propaganda tool against a public option.

7. From what I understand if there are no doctors that can do the
surgery in reasonable time, the Canadian government sends them here and pays the medical bills. So how she is a spokes person against single payer or national insurance, I don't get it...we have a severe shortage of primary care doctors, so them being short of neurosurgeons isn't an excuse to trash their medical system...

4. my 85 year old mother had cancer and medicare...
after an mri scan the cancer was found to be in an advanced stage. the doctor told her and i that he could do a biopsy and treat the cancer but at her advanced age it would`t prolong her live. he would do the procedure but my mother decided against it. my 82 year old father had bad heart that needed a pace marker and prostrate cancer. he never waited for treatments and he never denied treatments.

where is the proof the right has that medicare is a failing system in the united states?

6. My 88 year old mother has/had bladder cancer
Got prompt surgery and is doing very well. Her doctor did not recommend chemo due to her age - he thought it would be too debilitating for her. He keeps a close eye on her with frequent checkups and she has been doing great. My father got a pacemaker a couple of years ago and he also is doing fine. They have a crack pit crew of GPs, endicrinologists, cardiologists, dermatologists, podiatrists, and neurologists keeping them in pretty darn good shape. I pick up many of their prescriptions which seem to cost $3 a pop. I can't say enough good things about Medicare in regards to how they have been treated.

9. She is a professional paid stooge for the R/W read the Mayo Clinic
version of her story.

http://www.mayoclinic.org/patientstories/story-339.html

Not "A Brain Tumor" as keeps she repeating , with all the drama she can muster ..rather
a "Rathke's cleft cyst" ...a benign cyst that was causing temporary/reversable partial vision loss.

But , whilst a serious medical issue , not life threatening as she implies on every show they put her on.
