Six of one, half dozen of the other I guess.

2. I have to say, we're partially responsible for this nutso.
Lots of people on the left, including many on this board, cut him a lot of slack because of his position on Iraq.

It always bothered me that people tend to not look at the whole package with this guy. Even a stopped clock is right twice a day.

Ron Paul is all about no regulation, except for women's reproductive rights. What a joke.

9. I almost vomited when I heard the rw talking point about gov between you and your md.
We don't want the government involved in that except of course to decide for you what you procedures you and doctor decide when it comes to reproduction, in which case they are all about inserting the government in between a doctor and patient.

Paul's "libertarianism" reeks of misogyny.

4. Ron Paul is a straight up dumbass

I can't figure out why so many people like him. He can shove his libertarianism up his ass for all I care. He said that since BushCo's regulators didn't do their job (by design), so we shouldn't be regulating banks now. WTF?

hates squirrels and the metric system?

He proceeded to whip out a well-worn copy of Atlas Shrugged and start screaming about John Galt.

13. Libertarians care nothing about anyone but themselves.
They make republicans look good. In Ron Paul's world only the fit and well off should survive. The sick or old or weak can die without health care and shelter.
