Officers that beat schizophrenic man suspended-one with pay, one without

Here's the kicker though. It was the female cop that got suspended without pay, the one that told him to zip up his shirt but didn't actually beat him. The male officer, the one that actually did the pummeling? With pay. They say it's because she lied in the report about being hit by a baton. Apparently, the false charges filed against the guy aren't as important. Oh and ignore the headline on this story. It says both officers suspended without pay but if you actually read it it then says only the woman.
