"The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office clears too many cases without arrest, and the {right wing} Goldwater Institute wants legislation that would force law enforcement to detail those cases cleared through "exceptional means."

1. He says the 60¢ a day for inmate meals is too much.
And they only get 2 meals a day -- that supposedly taste awful because they have very little salt.

I hate that man.
