Recently saw "Blood Diamond."
Fascinating movie. More than a little sad, too, though, despite the happy ending for Djimon Honsou's character and his family. Between this one and "Lord of War," I just can't help wondering how Africa could be so overpopulated. It seems that all they do over there is slaughter each other. No wonder Leonardo diCaprio's character's fondest wish was to leave the continent. Surely there must be some good things going on in Africa too? :(

1. I really liked that movie, as violent as it was.
It was definitely a learning experience for me.
