In recent weeks I was encouraged by the announcements Mr. Holder made regarding his meetings with Chief District Judges and the need to rein in judicial misconduct. I was also encouraged by the announcement Ms. Varney made in taking an aggressive stance to antitrust enforcement.

If all of these announcements were meaningful then what happened to your authority?

Please tell me how judges LUCERO, PORFILIO, and ANDERSON of The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals can uphold the most perverted District Court decisions regarding Contract Laws, Antitrust Laws and the Private Rights of Action Under The USA Patriot Act, not to mention direct violations of my civil rights by illegally taking property from me in the way of unlawful sanctions, fees and refusing to enforce my property rights.

Eight years of nothing but lawless pay-to-play being covered up over and over and over by the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Any first year law student can recognize this.

Our entire economy has collapsed because the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals can’t do its job eight years ago and now they refuse to do their job today. The Record Doesn't Lie, If You Read It!

Please tell me how a court can transfer Missouri State Based Claims to Kansas Federal Court illegally though fraud and then continue to make lawless rulings against every statute, rule and controlling law including the US Supreme Court.

Is Anyone Going To Enforce Our Laws?
