10. And depending on what the issue is or what industry is effected you can change those names
to just about any combination of Democratic senators from DLC to the furthest leftward ones.

11. He SHOULD get them to stay together to break filibusters.
Then allow senators to vote however they please in the actual vote. No Democrat should justify Republicans FILIBUSTERING.

No more filibusters, or threat of filibusters. We have 60 votes, and Democrats should stick together to break the threat of filibusters. It's time for up-and-down votes. Conservative Democrats can still vote whichever way in the actual vote, but there should be no reason to justify allowing Republicans to threaten to filibuster.
