michelle bachman gets it all wrong
on msnbc they showed the ever entertaining michelle bachman saying she thought it was an interesting coincidence that when the last flu panic hit there was another democratic president in office.

the anchor pointed out that it was gerald ford who was president at that time.

i find it amazing that she goes on television without a thought of fact-checking her 'facts'.

5. "another Democrat President Jimmy Carter was president when swine flu hit before"
What a crazy ol witch she is.

And oh so wrong (once again). Loved it when when the anchor delightfully pointed out that a Republican, Gerald Ford, was president then. LOL.

15. Doesn't matter...
...their tactics remain the same: make a statement that people will remember, i.e. "Interesting, isn't it, that swine flu always occurs under Democratic presidents?" Then the meme -- true or false -- is planted. Now the noise machine (Limbaugh, et al) can echo it, and the lizard brains (the 25 percenters) will accept it as truth, and will use it whenever an argument comes up in the general neighbrhood of flu, pandemics, government handling of medical matters, etc. Right wing office holders and pundits will echo it whenever they are on one of the news or talking head programs, and few if any reporters or pundits will challenge their statements. Voila, they have created a new reality.

Remember -- when these asshats read '1984', they read it not as a warning but as a how-to manual.

She is not that stupid, she's just an evil tool.
