Brownback says report slaps veterans
Kansas Sen. Sam Brownback and six Republican colleagues want an explanation for why a recent Homeland Security report linked "right-wing extremism" and combat veterans with domestic terrorism.
"This DHS report is insulting to American veterans and patently untrue," Brownback said in a statement. "American military veterans deserve the respect of a grateful nation, not suspicion and slander."
The report last week suggested that the economic crisis could trigger right-wing extremism.
Here's what it said: "The return of military veterans facing significant challenges reintegrating into their communities could lead to the potential emergence of terrorist groups or lone wolf extremists capable of carrying out violent attacks."

I am going to projectile vomit if Sam becomes my next governor. And yes, I will take pictures. :)
