I just received my April Com(con)cast bill......WOW what a waste of paper.

The bill had a flyer in it say..."Introducing You To Your New Billing"


The size has gone from a 3.5 x 6.2 packet to a 9.25 x 4.25 almost double the size not to say they have increased the amount of paper inside from 3 6x8's to 5- 8.5 x 10 sheets....just a lot of waste if you ask me not to say the added postage.

Seems like a bad economical move as well as bad for the environment.

3. AT&T used to provide my cable and internet

till Comcast bought them out. While my bills are a bit high I am willing to pay because in the 12 years I have had them my service has been down twice, and both times someone was here the same day I called them to fix it. They make any changes I ask for instantly, they are always nice and easy to deal with, and I have never in 12 years had a single problem with them even when I was late making payments. I do all my billing electronically so there is no wasted paper. I may be an exception I don't know. If you are really going to go after Comcast you better come up with something other than they waste paper or they donate to Republicans. The amount of junk mail I get on a daily basis would make Comcast's bills seem downright environmentally friendly in comparison.
