The few, the proud, the criminal.. Trolls welcome.
I have never been a big military guy, but I was always respectful to people who serve. I come from a long line of military people and I have my share of folded flags. A few days ago my wife comes to me and tells me that this kid we knew has joined the Marines. I say we knew, because this kid has spent the last 8 years in a detention facility. He was there for molesting his step-sister at age 13. They let him out at age 16 and he did it again, so they put him back in till he was 21. As soon as he got out he joined the Marines, and lo and behold they took him. He volunteered for infantry. Considering that child molesters are considered the lowest form of life in prisons, where we supposedly house the worst of the worst, I wonder how this makes former Marines feel about their beloved corps. I wonder how chickenhawks will justify this. Is it because poor Rush is too old to sign up that we have to let child molesters into the Marines? Or is it that we just don't give a shit anymore? We have lowered the bar till it sits below sea level, we have no morals and no qualms anymore. What really pisses me off is that the people who are screaming the loudest about "morals and values" are the ones who have the least. So any of you freeper trolls want to comment on a Marine corps that will take people that murderers and rapists consider the lowest form of humanity? Anyone? Bueller... Bueller?
