Mr. Mayor-
I am not from your city, but nevertheless wish to give you hearty congtratulations on your dismantling of that smug FOX anchor. THAT is the way we speak the truth! THAT is the way we defend the American worker from the union-hating raving right.
My only quibble with your performance there was that I wish you'd have rammed that $73/hr BS right back down his throat - Ed Schultz on Air America has done a WONDERFUL job debunking that, and FOX would have been the place to toss that bomb out. Otherwise, WAY. TO. GO!
Your citizens should be proud of you, Mr. Mayor - I would be if I were a resident of Lansing. You're the type of Democrat we've needed for a LONG time.

2. I and Thom Hartmann moved away from the Lansing area many years back...

... both of us having lived back there in the 70's...

But instead of just pushing it behind us and not thinking about that part of our lives any more, the mayor has given us excellent reasons to thank the voters in that area for empowering him to stand up to those bastards! Thanks!! I'm a Spartan once again today...
