if bruce is really sorry
for the walmart deal, he needs to give ALL proceeds that he makes to homeless shelters, cold shelters, or some other worthy charity.

8. Why? It was a HUGE mistake signing an exclusive deal with Walmart. He's even admitted it.
As a strong union supporter, Bruce should have never allowed that exclusive deal to be signed. It's one thing to have your album available at Walmart, but to have it ONLY available at Walmart, one of the biggest anti-union corporations in America, that's a totally different thing.

People have a right to be pissed and feel betrayed.

9. WTF, he did know
Betrayed indeed. I won't go see him in April here. Exclusive? That's just too hypocritical.

10. Well said
He had to be aware of Walmart's track record. This really seems to be contrary to all he has supposedly stood for. Betrayed indeed.

3. How about giving it all to the SEIU for a fund dedicated to unionizing Walmart?

6. Maybe for his next album he'll not let Walmart have it?
whatever, he stepped in it, he should've known better. Is he sorry or is he sorry he got caught? Even someone as rich as Springsteen can read the papers and know Walmart is scum.

7. Do we know if he knew?
Lots of musicians are not the brightest business bulbs and the suits just make the deals to benefit themselves.

Walmart. :puke:

11. Bruce is a bright bulb.
I'd like to see him make some kind of move that would compensate, but I am not one to demand he be strung from the highest tree like some people. Sheesh.
