The Rs have NO demonstrated fiscal success & have wrought general economic havoc with their dogmas, so exactly how much input and respect for discredited ideas and policies (that were clearly rejected by the voters in the election) do they expect?

If you have an aunt who is a famously bad cook, you still invite her to Thanksgiving, but you ask her to bring the onion dip while you take care of the turkey. She is participating, but she can't wreck the whole dinner.
