The corporate media doesn't seem overly concerned about the lack of legal evidence.

Let's say it was the other way around and it was the Democrat who had no legal evidence in hand to contest the election - what position would 95% of the corporate media take on the Democrat?

1. Sure. It's just the usual M.O. for the Toady M$M.

Being a Bushie means all lies are protrayed as truth, even if they have been concretely debunked 100 times. It's a sweet setup for them.

They can say ANYTHING and they don't have to worry about their followers, they are weak-minded authoritarian followers who will believe anything, anytime, so long as the Nazi-Bushies say it.

And thanks to their de facto control of the M$M, anyone who gets all their news from TV, which is to say 99.99% of the American Subject Populace, will assume the Bushies aretelling the truth.

Even as I watch the nazi-esque structure all around me and see it's vast and continuing successes, see it continuing on almost entirely unchanged from 1998, is quite amazing.

It works. It always works. And, even after Obama's election and the installment of two token liberals on MSNBC, the Toady M$M is still happily carrying Bushioe water and laundering Bushie Lies.

6. Meanwhile, Normie has another job and gets on with his life, while his antics consign Franken
to political limbo. Normie is SUCH a scum. But what could we expect of someone hand-picked by CheneyCo.

7. Homeless Depot?
I have been following the trials and tribulations of Norm Coleman for some time now.

His closerthanthis affiliation with uber GOP "dirty tricks-r-us "group FLS-DCI has been extensively documented. These folks were linked to Connell, the IT guy who crashed recently. Also, they bought Sarah Palin's Neiman Marxist wardrobe for her,in addition to being Normies landlord in DC.

Now,I have contended all along that much of the GOP $$$ firepower had to do with defeating the EFCA. To a egree,my suspicions were confirmed by a most unlikely source.

Here is an excerpt from a Huff Po piece by Sam Stein published today. Folks, you GOTTA read the WHOLE article.-----------------

Bailout Recipients Hosted Call To Defeat Key Labor Bill January 27, 2009 01:10 PM
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Three days after receiving $25 billion in federal bailout funds, Bank of America Corp. hosted a conference call with conservative activists and business officials to organize opposition to the U.S. labor community's top legislative priority.

Participants on the October 17 call -- including at least one representative from another bailout recipient, AIG -- were urged to persuade their clients to send "large contributions" to groups working against the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA), as well as to vulnerable Senate Republicans, who could help block passage of the bill.

Bernie Marcus, the charismatic co-founder of Home Depot, led the call along with Rick Berman, an aggressive EFCA opponent and founder of the Center for Union Facts. Over the course of an hour, the two framed the legislation as an existential threat to American capitalism, or worse.

"This is the demise of a civilization," said Marcus. "This is how a civilization disappears. I am sitting here as an elder statesman and I'm watching this happen and I don't believe it."

Donations of hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of dollars to Republican senatorial campaigns were needed, they argued, to prevent America from turning "into France."

"If a retailer has not gotten involved in this, if he has not spent money on this election, if he has not sent money to Norm Coleman and all these other guys, they should be shot. They should be thrown out their goddamn jobs," Marcus declared--Huff Po

Umm, the government claims it HAS no evidence at Gitmo-Did that stop them?

Incidentally,if Gitmo files are lost or nonexistant, how can the Government verify that there ever WAS any information provided by the detainees?
