There are 18 channels scheduled to disappear -- not the entire package. BTW, I am watching TVLand, and, they have a number to call to protest this action. But, the number is constantly busy. Have been trying to call for over an hour.

I hope your outage is weather-related, and not a Time-Warner screw up.

I usually call right away. Sometimes it is due to an accident (snowplow knocks over power pole and line breaks) or maintenance or my idiot neighbor ran over the line with his lawn mower. But let them know so they can fix it.
