3. The CBS news radio breaks at the top & bottom of the hour referred to them as guardsmen.
I heard that repeated all day today, twice every hour, on our AA/ Nova M affiliate.

4. Despicable.
And not even close to accurate, IIRC before becoming mercenaries for Blackwater they were Marines and Army.
AA/Nova need FAR better radio news breaks. When I last listened they were AP Radio News (their propaganda was insulting, target market 8th grade intelligence, at best), are they now CBS?
