I see that they push this cruise every year to smooze with Air America radio hosts where you can wine and dine.

I can be wrong here, and have never been the type to tell people they can't enjoy themselves, but isn't that a little off message for what the "progressive" (LIBERAL!!!) movement is supposed to be about?

Like I said, I'm not tossing a grenade here. Maybe just a pebble at their window.

1. people are allowed to vacation. Progressive does not equal Puritan.
I just hope they don't get that nasty virus that occasionally strikes cruise ships.

3. Is the OP referring to the environmental impact?
Help us out by telling us how you think it might be off message.

I wouldn't go because of the virus thing.

5. Times are tough. We are in a serious time of crisis. Let's go on a cruise!!!!
Like I said, I'm not married to this concept that it's off message. It just strikes me as a little odd.

But as stated on here, it's probably good $$$$ for them, so.....

13. Isn't the K-Love Friends & Family Cruise also wrong then?
K-Love's a supposed non-profit organization. They have an agenda to push too, and they need to raise funds.

I have absolutely no problem in either of these organizations organizing and promoting essentially a vacation package to see some "celebs".

Mark.
