The University of Texas Longhorns boosters' sign is this: index finger and little finger extended, middle two fingers folded down under the thumb.

It's the same as the European sign for "cuckold." Classic bit of culture-shock for many foreign students and faculty when they first arrive. "Welcome to Texas, land of cowboys, football, inexplicably large vehicles, and... adultery?"
