So.... Will Wes Clark get a cabinet spot?

Clark is one of those guys that can fit in many roles. Will Clark get a cabinet position? I kind of hope so. Maybe Secretary of Defense?

He will not get a cabinet slot.

He was kind of marginalized in the campaign after the "getting shot down isn't a qualification for president" comment - never mind that it was perfectly accurate. I hope that Obama realizes what a great choice Clark would be for a cabinet position.

As much as I like and respect Clark -- and thought if Kerry had chosen him he would have been president - I do not believe that wes clark will be used by the Obama Administration in a prominent position.

I believe Gates will stay on -- SecDef was the natural place for Clark.

He might be good as an Ambassador...to a major country...but in terms of major cabinet spot I doubt it.
