12. He's become very possessive about his air time, like a mean dog with a bone

Lately, he's resented being on a show where he didn't get 100% of the time to speak. He'll interrupt others and cut them off, or he'll seize a question that was clearly meant for someone else. He was on Hardball yesterday and angrily cut off another guest, telling them it was his question and his alone. Even in a one-on-one with a host like Rachel, he seems to resent having any limits placed on his time to allow the other person to speak.

when I do I take it as a sign I need to watch Morning Joe for a good laugh. Pat is on every time I do. Plus all day long. And every night with Rachael. I've come to the conclusion that he is sleep deprived, and yes indeed suffering from a severe mental breakdown.
