Cultural wars

This is a male view of point, of one culture. In Finland, if any male gives any shit to any female in a bar or on street, that male gets beaten by other males in no time (if the female victim does not save the perceived male abuser, which bail out is often needed to avoid more violence), because we have this wierd male chivalry code or don't know what it is. I'm very likely to react according this cultural pattern.

On other hand, in Russia it's perfectly normal for males to slap their females in bars etc. if they don't behave and nobody takes notice.

I'm naturally conditioned to think that our way is better, but then, who am I as product of one culture to judge other cultures, to demand that all others behave the way I'm conditioned to behave? Who am I to think that the customs of my culture should be the universal norm and truth? Live and let live.
