Thanks for being tough enough to stand up against the insanity in Vietnam and the insanity that was Richard Nixon. If things had gotten just a little worse in the Seventies, the Big Dick would probably have sent you to a camp along with the rest of the "enemies".

Thanks for showing us all how to handle fame well, how to have integrity in your work, and how to live and die like a true macher.
