I want my money back! I was not happy w/the doll as it was defective. When I wrote the British Company who made it, they sent me the following reply: Dear Sir: The fact that the teeth are all crooked and yellow is not a manufacturing defect and therefore you cannot have a refund. Besides, since you are in the US w/private health insurance, you can take her to a dentist and have them fixed. Long live the Queen!
