3. It proves that you have to read carefully.
When the ration goes from 5 cups per week to 4 cups per week, it hasn't been increased. Also, I forgot to mention that if you vote for the ration "increase", then you still get Kim Jong-il.

7. In the US, it's important to vote while it's still possible to vote.

In North Korea, the only way to change the system is to work from the inside. It's easier and much fast to escape from North Korea than it is to change the system in North Korea.

But to attract the Downer Vote as well, how likely do you think it is that McCain-Porcine will exploit the growing instability in NK to fluff their "national security credentials?"
