for the lesser of us?

Are we let off because we can not talk about the children?

Palin uses her children recklessly and should be exposed

A very hefty fine if one is pulled over for it, possible death if an accident results
Edited on Sun Sep-07-08 11:22 AM by notadmblnd
a baby could go flying from the arms of it's mother and slam into a windshield or dash board. I don't imagine that they would have to be traveling at very high speeds to occur.

14. I honestly don't know how suburban moms managed to survive
the 50s with any part of their sanity intact. There were no seatbelts even as options until the 60s, and kids didn't respect the fact that they were shooting 60 miles an hour down a highway in a fragile tin can. We used to bounce all over those cars.

I know the first one: Palin choosing to return to AK to give birth to Trig

What is the second time?

Edited on Sun Sep-07-08 11:51 AM by nc4bo
but she's a drug addicted, mavericky ROCK, err POP STAR who enjoys sharing her vaginal world views with the world, too.

So of course our expectations for Spears are very low.

Geez, all this sounds familiar.

12. I heard yesterday that you can further endanger a Down Syndrome baby
by not providing top pre-natal care for him or her.

That is, by flying for 7 hours after your water broke and then by not giving birth at a top hospital and, instead, at some podunk CLINIC in the middle of nowhere (with or without a "bridge.)

24. Depends how fast you're going.
If you're holding the baby in your arms and going on a highway at 60, then run into something ... splat!

Driving around a correctional facility at 10-15 mph, even 20 mph, crashes are going to be a lot less of a problem, and if you're strapped there's not likely to be a big problem even if there is a crash. I'm making an assumption here: That the facility wasn't so large or open that they reached above 25 mph. Since it was a tour, I'm not sure my assumption's unwarranted. Everybody else's assumption seems to be the opposite, or just ignores where the incident took place. Dunno. In an absence of fact, all you have is assumption.

We shuffle cars on the campus my wife works at; she has one parking spot close to her office (well, sort of close), and if I go to campus with the tyke I park in the overflow lot in Outer Mongolia. If she comes home at the same time, we go to her car, I ride as passenger holding son, and we drive to the distant lot. At no point are we on roads that police can issue a ticket for, and the speed limit's low.

Yes, it's less safe than walking through the parking lots, I guess, but it's faster, and that counts for something when a kid is hungry, has to pee, or we're too tired to carry him.
