Rhetorical question: If mccain is a "maverick", working for "YOU"
then why did he cave into dobson and pick palin?

it is my understanding he wanted lieberman or ridge but was talked out of it by dobson and others to go with Palin

sooooooooo -- exactly who it the "YOU" he's working for?

1. The RIGHT WING NUTS of the Rethuglican Party, that is who!
The ones who want us to act just as they do, think just as they do and live just as they do. The WING NUTS don't like diversity... except to hate it. Diversity is their scapegoat.

4. Why hasn't he been working for us the past 26 years?
He's bowed to the party for decades - he's no "maverick."

7. We bought a brand new Maverick in April 1973
Edited on Fri Sep-05-08 07:30 AM by SoCalDem
and it finally "died" in 2005.. We bought it when I was 6 months pregnant with our first son, and that Maverick was his first car that he drove.. he thought it was pretty cool to have gotten as his first car, the car he rode in before he was born..

He was pissed though when he found out we traded a 1964 Ford falcon convertible (red with white interior) for it.. and the station wagon we bought a year later Oldmobile Vista Cruiser? we traded in our 1968 GTO..

He kept saying .. why didn't you keep one of THOSE cars for meeeeeeee:rofl:

We did give him the 1970 Gran Torino with 32K original miles..he's restoring it lovingly:)
