I am not there but it seems that Jindal is trying to show his "common guy" type of thing. Here in Iowa, our Governor, Chet Culver didn't wear a tie either when talking about all the flooding. I guess the point I'm trying to make is who cares if the Governor wears a tie or not? The people of the Gulf Coast may very well be in a fight for their lives. A tie means nothing.
5. Also there is his just standing there by the Federal people while he has to know they don't care if
1,000 or 100,000 people die in Louisiana. But Bobby just stands there with them acting as if they represent a government and country that could care about Louisiana.
