It's beautiful. A Chinese singer and an Italian Opera singer are performing a duet...I'll keep their names secret for now. Unbelievable.

It was pretty good, but I still liked Sydney's more. Sydney is such a party town, it came through in their 2000 ceremonies and made them really fun to watch. I still think the best games ever were in Sydney in 2000.

One thing I will give to Beijing. It was a neat idea to incorporate jade into the medals. That will always set a Beijing medal apart from the others.
