This is what I get in Arizona from Jan Brewer SOS website when trying to check registration

1. You can't get to your SoS's site in Arizona unless you register on a secure site?
https sites require you to be granted access by an administrator before you sign on, quite a bit different than giving background verification info, and logging in after you set up a password. These are usually employer sites, not open to the general public.
It's almost as if they're not letting anyone sign on unless they're a trusted employee.

Very odd.
