Bush to spend Tuesday in Cleveland


President Bush will spend Tuesday in Cleveland, the White House said this morning. The trip is expected to go
beyond the typical fly-in/make-a-speech/leave visit.

A source in Ohio said Bush will come in early and make several stops, including a round-table discussion on
health care and energy. Another source says the subjects will be global warming (which includes energy) and the
war on terror. Bush is expected to be back in Washington for dinner.

Congress will be in session, so it's unclear how many Ohio lawmakers will join Bush. One who will not: Democratic
Sen. Sherrod Brown. "The senator will not be attending," said Brown's communications director, Joanna Kuebler.
"He will be in Washington for votes."

1. I was driving to the Post Office last night

because the Airport office is open 24/7 and what do I see on the runway but one of those huge military type transport planes and since the Air show wont be in town until Labor Day, I kinda figured we'd be disgraced by a visit from War Mongers "R" Us. and sure enough. Blech! :puke:

When I see them shutting down I-670 from the airport to downtown I know
President Asshat is in town. He is like a murderer who likes to come back to
the scene of the crime.
